Memorial Day weekend is nearing and the gym has filled their pool. I've been a gym member for 6 years and have never used this pool yet. Maybe this year!

Re-vamped pool 2008

Dubai Day 6 - I had most of the day to myself because Dad took Jules to a hospital to make sure Jules hadn't broken anything after his fall down the stairs. After the storm the pool was full of sand so had to be emptied and refilled this is the day it was full again so spent a majority of my day swimming and sunbathing. I also went to Saeed's house in Naad Al Sheeba (Just outside of Dubai City) but forgot to take my camera!

Ornate fountain at the pool in the Intercontinental Magnificent Mile. Johnny Weismuller (Tarzan) and Esther Williams used to practice in this pool.

Almost two years on Flickr, and I haven't posted a single cat photo! Considering we have 2 cats...

I titled the photo Lion Pool because this is a typical pose for lions to be photographed in, and our cats also pose a serious threat to the local wildlife. Maybe not king of the jungle, but surely king of the garden.
