Impossible Film
Instant Camera walk
Flickrmeetup teamed up with Photobooth SF for a fun photo walk using impossible film and polaroid cameras. My 'pulling' technique needs a lot of work. I need more muscle it seems for a smooth photo. But I am happy for a 'first time'. Great experience and loved having a photo to hold almost immediately.
Mom: You were still dressed for summer, so I bet this was grandpa's birthday, and they were taking us out to eat.
The day after Lou's birthday we were lounging around on the sofa, watching too much bad TV nursing our hangovers.
I got the Land Camera out & shot Marty & Lou & boosted the light with a bit of off-camera strobe action.

Rented the 7b setup my local pro shop and thought I'd try with my Mamiya. It works, and even though the viewing lens looks slightly obscured by the flash bracket, it looks fine through the viewfinder.
All in all, a neat setup that i will try in the future with my Rolleiflex. This and the following image taken with a Polaroid 250 with Polacolor 690.
This week I received the new Polaroid I-2. I've only shot one pack of film, but I'm already impressed. Compared to the SX-70, it does feel a bit "plastic," but the images are sharp and the color on the Polaroid i-Type films is wonderful. I believe this is the best instant film camera since the SX-70s.
I shot some Polaroid Type 100 Sepia film w/ my Polaroid 420. The film is a Paul Giambarba Edition bought from shop.the-impossible-project.com/shop/film/type100
Polaroid 215 Land Camera, Polaroid 108 Polacolor film (expired 1988)!
I was very surprised at how much/well this print turned out being that the film pack it came from expired in 1988!
