It was apparently feeding time for the polar bear as well. Unfortunately, while I saw it with a carrot in its mouth at one point, I didn't get a picture of that.

Nelson,one of the three polar bears that live at Sea World, only two were out this day.

The crowds of Summer holiday makers was horrendous, trying to get to the front of the crowd to take photos was not an easy challenge.

  

sorry i haven't been posting or commenting much. between the amex wishlist promotion, the amazon contest, and the nintendo ds game "elite beat agents," i've been crazy busy. also, i finally received my favorite camera back after canon performed warranty service. :)

his is one of the polar bears at the Philadelphia Zoo. She looked like she was sleeping but I noticed her nose twitching and then she opened her eyes. Such a pretty bear.
