Tweaked faded slide of an old gouache/watercolour of mine from the late 70's. Much thanks to Reconstructing Light for doing this. Here's a link to the faded slide = flic.kr/p/6d1GeT
Taken a minute or two after the image below. The sun had moved slightly so it was directly on the lens, creating the refraction effect. It also overexposed the image, for which I compensated by using the targeted Curves tool in CS4. Just before I snapped the picture, a little girl had hopped onto the wall and was skipping along it. You can just make out her image on the right.
Pixie is a pretty Landseer Newfoundland. Pixie is about 80 lbs. and microchipped. She is lovey and is a couch dog, and due to the Phoenix heat is not an outdoor dog. Pixie loves and needs a lot of attention. She would do best in a home with older children, because like many larger dogs, she doesn't realize her size.
"Little" Pixie came to us with her friend, Tank, a Newfoundland who is featured here on our website. We would like them to be adopted together, but it is not required. Pixie will be available for adoption in the near future, and if you have questions or want more information, please contact Marcie at greyhound_crazee@cox.net. Thanks.

This pixie has a fake chocolate truffle body and she's wearing a party hat. The pink ribbon around her neck is to remind you to get a mammogram

Just to give a view of the nice backdrop. The Pixies Live at Edinburgh's Meadowbank Stadium, 28th July 2005.
Garden fairy stories, flower fairy treats, nature fairy house-crafting and more were enjoyed by pixies a-plenty at Price Park.
Pixie, a Kerr Stuart 'Wren' class locomotive, gets a rare outing into the sunshine.
This little steam locomotive has been undergoing a protracted overhaul. The reality is that it is too small to haul the size of trains that are now required and so work can only progress when resources are not required to maintain the revenue earning fleet.
Angie Haller and her family adopted Pixie. Pixie is going to get so much TLC and attention from her own family.
Pixie was acquired from a coworker when she was nine months old. This picture is at about 14 months. She's all of 10 pounds but thinks she's as big as Kodi (who's about 70 lbs). She mauls him daily and he just lays there and takes it. Silly dogs. ;o) She's a chihuahua (probably long haired)/pomerian mix.
Pixie Redhead (LLG) Single, stiktite pink pansy with deep red chimera pinwheel stripes and dark pink eye. Medium green, variegated. Semiminiature.
