Pixie is ever alert for little, furry critters. At age 14, she can't hear them too well anymore but the nose still works.

Had to try out my new lens I got today :D Found this little cute pixie in a window in my Bf's little sister's room. Colours actually turned purple/yellow by default. Only enhanced them a bit in PS CS3.
I really like the simplicity and backlight in this picture :)

Pixie has a potty. Pixie uses a potty...as a gate for her den. And to store her chew block. She will not use it for what it is intended!!! Sigh! This hamazon has a mind of her own!

awwwe :) this is my mom's bfs dog Pixie. she is like the cutest thing i've ever seennnn. lmfao. but i feel in love with her as soon as i saw her, especiallly when i witnessed how calm she was. but anyway, here she is licking her nose :D
The very bottom of Pixie Pinnacle is roughly 30 metres underwater. It is situated on the Ribbon Reefs off the coast of Cooktown.
With my trusty fisheye lens, this was my attempt to capture the bottom of the pinnacle using the incredible hard corals in the foreground. Can you believe the amount of fish...wowee!
Sweet, gentle Pixie is only a year old. She and her four kittens came into the rescue centre where I volunteer because their owner was moving and couldn't take them. Very sadly, one of the kittens didn't make it. The other three were beautiful and healthy. Two of the kittens have already been adopted and the last one, in the photo below, will be leaving for his new home today. Their beautiful mother, Pixie, will go to her own new home tomorrow. They were a lovely family and I hope they all have long and very happy lives with their new humans. I know they'll be fine because it would be impossible not to love them!
