Pixies are small magical criatures with pointed ears and mischievous faces. Their agile limbs allow them to scamper through your garden and home at great speed. In the forest, they are often found hiding under flowers, plants and trees, but most of all, they love to play among the wild mushrooms.
Boy pixies are often naughty, but are good workers. Girl pixies can be vain, but are very wise. All pixies have a magical ability to help special human beings. Their special powers provide luck, love, happiness and good fortune. By night, pixies watch over your dreams and know what you secretly wish for. If you provide shelter for them, they will protect your home, keep you safe, and help make your dreams come true!

We are all still very close...my oldest brother died tragically a few weeks before his 21st bday,
so I really treasure these family shots...we had a good childhood. We are all about 1 year apart so there was always 'something to do'. Must be the reason I dont like to be alone too often. On occasion though, I appreciate ME time:D

Photo taken as a part of The Sutherland Shire's weekly Photo meet where we went in towards the city of Sydney and visited Newtown Cemetery where we met up wih our model, Pixie.
Thanks to Tony, who has much more experience with models than most of us do.
This is my very first time at taking model photo's and I was initially very hesitant, but thanks to Pixie for making our photography so easy, Pixie really knew how to use the camera lens to her benefit, this is only one image of some 600 I took that day and can honestly say there were very few throw aways.
Also there from our group were Alison, Carol, Tony, Stan and Justin, thanks guys for a great day. Check out some of the photo's we have posted here.
Last year Pixie was hit by a car and her pelvis was broken in three places. As you can see, she hasn't let it affect her life!

There was a little magic in their back yard. As it happens, it was the place where a little sister could turn her big sister into a princess and make her dance as if she were light as a feather.
And then she could make her dizzy and fall down. But that's another kind of Pixie Dust I'm told.
-Taken at a family session in Ft Dix NJ a few months ago. I absolutely adore this family and wanted to share one of my favorite little moments that happened during a wonderful afternoon with them.
