This advertisement at a Saturn electronics store has a lengthy explanation (near the bottom right corner of the photo) about why it is important to have ten megapixels. Probably in order to illustrate this explanation, they just used layout photo placeholders (with a few kilopixels each) to print this, which is why it looks quite weird even in the medium-sized version of this photo. As an additional bonus, the photo of the black version was completely missing (instead there is a placeholder telling to get that photo), and something with the caption isn’t quite right either.
No need to tell me that this photo itself is not very good.
Translation of the text in the small box: “Digital photos are composed of single picture dots, the so-called pixels. Megapixel means 1 million picture dots. With the legendarily high resolution of the Casio Exilim EX-Z 1050, even prints in giant poster formats up to 100 × 150 centimeters! Magnified crops showing your favorite subjects with finest detail can be arbitrarily edited, magnified and printed.”

Google is offering free unlimited storage for photos and videos shot with Pixel. The new thing here is that the size and quality limit over uploaded media, which was present in the standard Google Photos backup utility.
