Le stage "Pixel plage" invite les enfants à imaginer les vacances de demain. Ils aménagent leurs plages avec des bâtiments étonnants, innovants ou amusants : un hôtel sous-marin, un port de bateaux solaires ou même une ferme aquatique. A la fin du stage, les maquettes sont présentées sous la forme d'une installation collective, intitulée "Pixel plage". Toutes les réalisations, chacune de la taille d'un pixel géant, forment ensemble l'image unique de la plage du futur.

This image was created in Photoshop using the Marquee Tool to select one row of pixels, from another image. The selection was expanded using the Free Transform Tool. The new expanded colors were pasted into a new document. The resulting image was made by copying, rotating and using different blend modes.
If you ask me; all i can do is daydream.
After all, all i have is the comfort given in my thought... nothing else.

Garden house at the Grand Canal part of the formal gardens, design by landscape architect André Le Nôtre. It reflects very nice in the water.

The Garden - Le Nôtre's garden was the dominant structure of the great complex, stretching nearly a mile and a half (3 km), with a balanced composition of water basins and canals contained in stone curbs, fountains, gravel walks, and patterned parterres that remains more coherent than the vast display Le Nôtre was to create at Versailles.
The site was naturally well-watered, with two small rivers that met in the park; the canalized bed of one forms the Grand Canal, which leads to a square basin.
Le Nôtre created a magnificent scene to be viewed from the house, using the laws of perspective. Le Nôtre used the natural terrain to his advantage. He placed the canal at the lowest part of the complex, thus hiding it from the main perspectival point of view. Past the canal, the garden ascends a large open lawn and ends with the Hercules column added in the 19th century. Shrubberies provided a picture frame to the garden that also served as a stage for royal fêtes.
Anamorphosis abscondita
Le Nôtre employed an optical illusion called anamorphosis abscondita (which might be roughly translated as 'hidden distortion') in his garden design in order to establish decelerated perspective.

Details
Vaux-le-Vicomte (Est.1658) - a baroque French château on a 33 hectares (100 acres) estate with formal gardens along a three-kilometer axis. Built between 1658 to 1661 as a symbol of power and influence and intended to reflect the grandeur of Nicolas Fouquet, Marquis de Belle Île, Viscount of Melun and Vaux, the superintendent of finances of Louis XIV.
The château was an influential work of architecture in mid-17th-century Europe. The architect Louis Le Vau, the landscape architect André le Nôtre, and the painter-decorator Charles Le Brun worked together on this large-scale project. This marked the beginning of the "Louis XIV style" combining architecture, interior design and landscape design. Their next following project was to build Versailles.

A skater goes past the Pixel Building on Queensberry St, Carlton. The building has the distinction of being Australia's first carbon neutral commercial building, and implementing several green-friendly initiatives.
Today I sketched Pixel loosely while he slept then I sketched his paw. Then I went back to add some fur to the sketch of his head but I think I overworked it.
Each of the three episodes of sketching took about 5 minutes, despite being tiny, and wore me out.
