This was taken from Pier 60 just as the sun was setting. I had planned on shooting the Beach and Pier in Silouette but I was fishing on the pier and had this great run on the line. Needless to say, the fish got off the line and by the time I would of got to my tripod and made it to the beach the colors would of been gone. So i rested my camera on the railing and started shooting. I also had my fishing pole sitting between my legs in case i got another bite.
Fireworks for Gift of Life Gala at Pier 60 last night. I tried the new AI noise reduction in Davinci Resolve for this video and it worked very well. The only problem is the amount of rendering time needed for this noise reduction. It took almost an hour to render this two minute clip. My MacBook is three plus years old, so I'm sure a modern MacBook would be quite a bit faster.

My wife and I made our first trip to Clearwater Beach over the weekend. Holy cow there were a LOT of people out there!
We took a weekend trip to Clearwater, Florida just for fun. We never get to see the sun set on over the water so we went to Sunsets at Pier 60, to do, what else? Watch the sun set! Got a few (oh, you know, hundreds!) photos. I will post a few of the best over time.
