I threw this together to go with the carnitas I made for dinner. So simple and delicious & it was the first use of the cilantro I have growing on the deck.

Taco night! Recipe twenty two (before its all cut up) with twenty three, twenty four, and mango salsa (recipe twelve) as well as some tortillas and purple cabbage.
Popocatepe (aka "nacho fries") from Chino Latino. I forgot to take a picture before we dug into it and took a bunch of the pico de gallo off of it, so it's a bit unbalanced in color. We order this with all the dairy on the side. It has pico de gallo, black beans and guacamole. I add copious amounts of hot sauce and I also eat these with chopsticks because, well, everything should be eaten with chopsticks.

the meat with my pico de gallo SO GOOD! The brown rice with zuccini, squash and butter is a family fave.
