The September 19, 2010 Glenmoor Gathering at Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio.
Two beautiful pickup trucks, a 1956 Studebaker reflected in the shiny finish of a 1949 GMC.
Can't recall if this was the early type with J-series engine (and lights below the tailgate) or later one with L-series and more conventional lights up the side. Just about looks like it might be the latter.

This is my Dad's 1940 Ford pickup. I learned to drive on this. The photo was taken in May 1972 in RI.

Seen at the Ole Car Club of Gallipolis 35th Annual Car Show. The park grass was too soft so a smaller show was held on the streets.
Nissan had a DJ at their truck booth using a system in the bed of a Titan. The audio gear was aftermarket car audio equipment made by Rockford Fosagte. Rockford Fosgate makes the premium sound systems for some Nissan (and Mitsubishi) vehicles.

Around 8000 'U' series trucks were made in the early 60's -the VAST majority (80+%) being 310- (2seat) models.
it seems fewer than 1000 320 (4seat) were made, solely for the southern hemisphere.
Running gear is very similar to Leylands A/B series. Braking system ins classic Girling -albeit marked 'NABCO' (-Datsun spares).
1200cc, first time starter with a small puff of smoke on startup -none thereafter. This stops with more regular use.
