This is my first photo stack! I only had two pictures to work with, but it was a good learning expierence. I will have to get out there and get some more shots now and try it again!

My first experience at combining 4 shots with different areas in focus with the photostacking software CombineZP. A big improvement from using Photoshop to combine the images manually, as I used to do!

 

Pics taken with lensbaby and macro filter.

 

This spider is national of Estonia, as it came straight out of a bag full of mushrooms from the forest.

Mosquito pupa taken under a microscope with a stack of 13 photos. Hard to get the lighting right. Very common in gnammas.

Gorman Falls at the Colorado Bend State Park in Texas. This area is cordoned off. There are caves back there. The outer face of the falls is covered with calcium carbonite formations and moss. currently the falls are not falling much.

This was an experiment in photo stacking, made with 10 photos in Ps, without giving much attention to composition and background. At that moment I wanted to capture the light on the petals, and see if it was possible to have most of the flower in focus.
