August the 16th. Day 228. Today was a long day of working again. It especially hard because I had woken up at 3:30 A.M. and was still recovering from my sickness. I spent most of the day trying to function normally and, even in the sleep-deprived state I was, I think I managed to do it pretty well. Anyway. I got home feeling pretty much broken, even though it was only 5 P.M. I struggled not to fall asleep… and failed, though it was only for about thirty minutes. After that, I spent most of the remaining night trying to do some tethered long-exposure shots that never really came through. I tried all sorts of other stuff, but, in my limited time and mental capacity, this is the only thing I could come up with.
Tomorrow will be a better day, surely. I’m gonna fall asleep before 10 P.M., no doubt, and will have plenty of time to sleep it off :)

Day 7/366
Computer crashed 3 times on me this morning, briefly loading properly for me to back up all the work form the last couple of days. Decided to give up for the morning and take Baxtasaurus out for an hour until I had to pick up the smallest child. Lovely to see some blue sky at last! Shame about the mud still, Bax was covered.

July the 6th. Day 187. Food Photography again; I was feeling feeverish and hurt, because of a dental procedure, but I went ahead and tried to shoot anyway. I'm pretty happy with the result, all in all. I'm really liking Food Photography :)
