F-4C Phantom IIs of the 136th FIS, 107th FIG, NY ANG, based at Niagara Falls, NY. The 136th flew the F-4C and F-4D from 1982 to 1990.
This was taken by my Dad during one of the visits our model club made to the ANG base in Niagara Falls in the 1980s.
It's a crapola scan... I'll eventually get my hands on a film scanner and do these old slides some justice... someday... LOL

Ellas respondieron como mejor pudieron. Se ilusionaron con los bares de la época, los espacios radiales y televisivos que hablaban del rock nacional, las nacientes páginas de Internet dedicadas al rock nacional pensaron en la existencia de un momento musical tan digno de la ciudad, que lo poco que se tenía era lo mejor. Y así la historia nos hizo tener de todo, para pocos.
Bandas de metal ansiando estar al lado de sus héroes, bandas que pensaron que la visita de Mtv Latino a la ciudad para hacer algunas notas sobre la ciudad era la única manera de visibilizar y bandas que emprendieron la aventura de ser sus propios gestores y emprendedores, cuan aún esto no estaba ni siquiera dentro de los planes de vida de algunos. Si en los ochenta se habló de one-hit wonders como aquellos que con una sola canción estuvieron en los oídos del mundo; aquí podemos hablar de los one-record makers, como aquellas bandas que con un solo disco existieron en la ciudad. Y aún faltan datos de otros lados.
Los impulsos existieron por varios años pero los resultados no. Así que poco a poco, bordeando el fin de la década, las esperanzas se esfumaron; pero vinieron acompañadas de la crisis económica, la adultez de los personajes y dejaron unos cuantos discos y unos cuantos cuentos. El cuento de Phantom fue el del trío que con bríos quiere destacarse, para con su disco tener la fe y la virtud de presentar canciones que la ciudad acumuló como otras de la época. Phantom fue una banda con el ánimo de hacer que su música tuviera los recuerdos del funk, el grunge y hasta del heavy, que las “tribus urbanas” parecen gozar aún hoy en día. Los hizo y en eso quedó. Más no hubo.

This is a completed commission for midwinterwriter, who asked me to re-create the 'Mirror' nightgown ensemble worn by Emmy Rossum in the 2004 'Phantom of the Opera' movie.
Here you can see the three undergarments, including a sheer, lace camisole with broderie anglaise, a lace split skirt with muslin underskirt, and a lightly teastained, spiral boned, satin corset with gold clasps and peach lining.
There is also a long, trained muslin robe to be worn over the top, which you can find elsewhere in this my photostream :)

Selling my DJI Phantom Quadcopter (drone) with 2-axis gimbal. It is in great condition and has been professionally owned and I'm the original owner. It has a modified battery door so you can plug it in easily and not have to mess with jamming the battery wires back into the body of it which makes things much easier and it is also the later model which has the tilt control on the back of the remote! This thing is ready to fly, just plug it in, put your gopro in and you're off.

This was collection day, 26th May 2010 and this photograph my very first shot of my first Rolls-Royce Phantom. I celebrated ten years of exquisite ownership on 25th May 2020. I have driven the car to some wonderful places, beautiful countries, stayed in stunning hotels (and a few Premier Inns) and met hundreds of interesting and knowledgeable people along the way. My collection of photographs on Flickr is simply a personal record of where I have taken 2 HKX in the last ten years over 82,000 miles. It was never meant to be anything more that my personal log but thank you all who have bothered to look and comment. I appreciate it. Best regards.

I flew in this F4 (XV454) in the Falkland Islands back in 1984 whilst serving in the Army, I got the oppurtunity by chance although there were several other people also got a flight.
If I`m honest it scared the living daylights out of me but I think the Pilot was dishing out retribution to the other service (ARMY) as they so often do.
I am pleased to say that after all the best efforts of the Pilot I still kept my breakfast down so I think the real score was ARMY 1 - RAF 0.
It was a thrilling flight and glad that I had a true aircraft flight but just as glad when we touched down on terra firma.
Life is nothing without experiences and memories.
This photograph holds no real artistic value, it is just a piece of history a piece of my history and when I first saw it parked on the pad outside at duxford I somehow knew instinctively that it was the plane I had a ride in all those years ago and when I saw it`s number I was so gobsmacked!
