1/52: The 52 week challenge - Joy
I may only have been owned by this boy for a short while but he brings me such joy. He is such a sweet, gentle being who asks for nothing but to be loved.
Bruno is the fourth oldie we have adopted and even though I know I am in for heartache I don't ever regret it. We did have a puppy (who grew to be an oldie) between the first two oldies and the second two. I don't think I could cope with a puppy now so this old boy suits me just fine.
The days lengthen...a move made 15 years later...not understood...all I can see is Sunlight. Seriously, while absent from posting...I have been at it...one is to change the configuration of my addition overlooking the pond. For 15 years the dining room table sat in the corner...and it was used rarely. By virtue of a long story, I moved a desk to that corner and now spend hours sitting there...taking it all in. Here, Hobbes is waiting for me to put the dang camera down and give him his biscuit. He did not like me pointing it at him...but I got a couple of that gaze. I don't know, I just liked the feel of this one.

211/365: We've been fortunate to have this wonderful boy in our lives for a year now. We adopted him on 30th July 2017 so we decided that that would be his birthday (since we weren't given his actual birthday) so happy 13th birthday Bruno. We are hoping he will have a good few more years with us but whatever time he has left he will be loved and cherished. Here he is showing one of his tricks.

My sweet Molly girl is around 12-13 years old - she joined our family in 2017 and she was around 4-5 at that time. The summer heat really bothers her and since it was much cooler tonight she enjoyed being outside in the backyard. I absolutely love her and that sweet frosted face of hers so much. ❤️

Dasher was sitting out the front watching the cars parked across the road and the setting sun at the end of the day. I loved the light around him, he is such an angel... in disguise lol :)
