This yellow birch probably germinated and initially grew on a rotting log, which has long since rotted away. The birch roots now snake across and around this pinnacle of rock that has fallen off the escarpment.

Remember that social media requires followers, likes, and other tools so don’t be afraid to be persistent in adding potential customers.
Pre-screen your audiences to specific market if you like, but the best way to again massive supporters is to be positively aggressive in sending messages, blasting posts, creating promotions that makes your audience excited, enthralled, and devoted to using only your product.
But make sure though, you don’t over promise and you still maintain standards of quality. You don’t want customers or audience complaining how ineffective and unworthy your product is. That’s a big boo boo.
Most persistent is the tree, stretching its way upward to the light above this rockly alcove. Less so was me, slumping down before getting a second wind and trekking a bit further up the hill.
Once we arrived in St. Joseph, we drove by the Silver Beach and then into the downtown area. We parked and walked along State Street, taking a little break to stop in Kilwin’s fudge shop (217 State St.) for some chocolate peanut butter fudge and some water. There weren’t any open tables inside, so we sat on a park bench, right across from the Chocolate Café, to eat our fudge and drink our water. The shops in St. Joseph were fun and interesting but most of them felt very contemporary and new. We walked down an alley on our way back to our car, and I snapped this picture of the window of The Toy Company (208 State St.).
Persistence paid off, after three hours of trying I made fire using a bow and sticks. This is a photo right after. Many thanks to the Canyon Ranch guide who encouraged me, and helped me keep trying long after the class was scheduled to end.
"Never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.''

I know that the "plant growing in concrete" has been done several times over, but this guy has a lot of persistence behind him!
