"Persistence of Time" Harmon stamp

New edition to my Salvador Dali collection.

This ones an "after" Dali lithograph.

I bought it because I wanted to get any of his prints that had this one graphic editors markings , especially the finger print shown.

It was one of three prints that came up on ebay a while ago (from the same seller) -

All of them had the finger print.

I actually was surprised to get this as cheap as I did as seller contacted me and sold it to me as a "second chance" offer.

I lost the auction but he sold it at my 2nd highest bid price.

The graphic editor ( Harmon) got Dali's finger print after Dali could no longer sign prints due to his illness , before death and used them to allegedly authenticate the lithographs.

Actually this shouldn't be considered an "original" Dali litho as I am sure he didn't do anything as far as the production of it ,

including allowing the size changes or additional images added to the original "Persistence of Memory"

ON VIEW UNTIL 1 JUNE, 2023

The exhibition 'Weightlessness' gathers a series of experimental, photographic and cinematographic works by Luce Moreau, realized with the help of an astronomical tripod, whose equatorial mount proposes a weightless point of view on the terrestrial landscapes, day and night. Relationships are created between the spectator, the technological tools, and the celestial objects filmed, whether they are the stars, the Sun or our own planet, dragging us along in its movement.

The eye of the camera protects itself from the overflow of sunlight in 'Pulsar', provoking the analogical retinal persistence of the 'Holes' landscapes; 'Volta' takes us on a nocturnal journey in weightlessness and we understand, through the jerks of the mechanical painting 'Paysage Provençal', that we sometimes have to invert the points of view in order to feel the cosmic and technological forces at work in our daily life.

Born in 1982 in Paris, France, LUCE MOREAU is a photographer and artist based in Marseille. She is the co-founder of OTTO-Prod, a structure dedicated to art production, artist-in-residence and exhibition programme between France and Slovenia, since 2006.

Persistence is the key to success. Keep going

This tree appears to be in its final years, yet still, it flowers magnificently.

Cropped it a bit. Still can't figure out how that tree is growing from that stone wall :)

Persistence (Death Valley Super Bloom) — FEEL FREE TO SHARE!

Prints here: www.cathyandersonphotography.com

As the deserts of Death Valley erupted in blankets of golden flowers during wildflower super bloom, I began searching for other colors and different points of view. If you drive just a little farther south past the fields of gold blanketing the valley floor, you'll find patches of purple and white flowers too. As I walked past a patch of purple flowers, I spotted this lovely golden flower pushing up through the blanket of purple. I thought the juxtaposition of the complimentary colors of yellow and purple contrasting against each other was especially lovely. Keep your eyes locked on this page and the places below to check out more of my favorite photos from the Super Bloom of 2016 in Death Valley!
