I don't often wear perfume. But I've been trying to develop a couple of "signature scents" by picking a few perfumes to wear all the time. So far, my everyday scents have been "cedar" by L'Occitane and Stella Rose Absolute from Stella McCartney. The "Trouble" from Boucheron, is (aptly) more appropriate for evening wear.
This isn't the best picture I've ever taken (although far from the worst). I really struggled with this group pick but really wanted to participate.
One of the reasons I don't wear perfume that often is that I've got a really sensitive sense of smell. I usually wear unscented deodorant, use unscented soap, etc. For that reason also, I don't usually put on perfume if I'm going out to eat. I like to smell the food and don't want the perfume overwhelming it.
So, if this is my Flickr Group Roulette picture for the Inanimate Love group, what's this collection of bottles got to do with love? Well, I guess it's more about attraction, really. My philosophy when applying perfume is that you have to be getting pretty close to me to be able to smell it. So, if you smell my perfume, you're likely to be close enough to kiss me.

I balanced the bottle on an arm of the rotary washing line. I was hoping to get the sun shining through the bottle, but the couple I took like that did not provide such a pleasing result of the bottle.

Perfume Pagoda
The Huong Pagoda (English: Perfume Pagoda, Vietnamese: Chùa Hương, Chinese: 香寺) is a vast complex of Buddhist temples and shrines built into the limestone Huong Tich mountains. It is the site of a religious festival which draws large numbers of pilgrims from across Vietnam.[1] The centre of the Huong Temple lies in Huong Son Commune, Mỹ Đức District, former Hà Tây Province (now Hanoi). The centre of this complex is the Perfume Temple, also known as Chua Trong (Inner Temple), located in Huong Tich Cave.
This is one of my all time favourite scented roses. The perfume is beautifully, intoxicating & I'm
fortunate enough to have it growing in my back garden! My parents gave me a piece of theirs
a few years ago to enjoy, & I'm doing just that, so I had to share it with all of you! Wish you
