I got a lot of old and hand drawn patterns of scrolls, rosepaintings and old Norwegian art style today, which have been used for making wallets and stuff in leather.. and I can defenetly use them again in motorcycle art... Several of them will also be perfect as pinstriping and goldleaf work.. :-)
The 14th @dailyshoot assignment was about patterns. This one was pretty obvious to me after all the Lego work I've recently been doing.

i'm doing some in depth study about leaf textures and patterns. this is the 6th and final one in the series! it's been a great learning experience to see the leaves in a different view.
Uni assignment: I went to China as part of one of my units and for the unit I had to do a project reflecting upon my experience in China. I decided to create 3 fabric patterns. I saw a bunch of white pigeons in one of the gardens and I was also really enamoured by the lotus leaves and flowers there. The colours also came from China, they had an odd usage of these bright colours.
This is my favourite, I can imagine it on a scarf.
More patterns from nature; and a warning to use the right sort of paint when blacking out the rear window of your van.
All my posted photos since last July, as displayed by Flickrleech.
Somewhere in this image, I switched from a 4MP point and shoot camera to an 8MP digital SLR. Can you tell from the thumbnails?
