Pattern: Child French's Sock from Knitting Vintage Socks

Yarn: Fleece Artist Sock yarn, Burgundy

Needles: Clover 3 (3mm) dpns

Modification: shortened the legs.

Verdict: a bit too loose on these needles but otherwise love them.

For my middle SIL.

We saw these stunning patterns this evening, I can't believe how regular they are - it looks like etched glass. Nature's a beautiful thing.

Wormwooded log washed on shore. The seaworms boring leaves these old sea-veteran logs with beautiful bore patterns. Dinner Rock Regional Park, British Columbia, Canada.

Whilst bad weather continues and rain miserably dampens spirits and impractical foot wear, a cheerful group of brollies adds colour to the otherwise grey mood.

Pattern and Repetition Color

 

I picked this photo for the element of Pattern because I feel like the bright red of the first flower really shows every single bulb on the plant. It also has the element of repetition with the other flowers in the background. The only thing I did to this photo was crop the edges so the first flower was my main focus and enhanced the coloring so the red stood out a little more.

This one has potential I think
