Dog ear the two panels, and poke holes for the brads.

Made this page as part of prompt 2 from Shimelle's class. We had to use patterned paper scraps and explain what we are thankful for!

Time...

I purposefully put this composition together using a variety of Tim Holtz scrapbooking supplies. One thing I am really working on this year is time...finding it, spending it, avoiding wasting it, cherishing it, etc. I'm making time for me and the things that I think are important. At least that's the plan.

Supplies used include:

Patterned paper

Key holes

Word keys

Timepieces

Game spinners

Muse tokens

Philosophy tags

[all from Tim Holtz's Idea-ology line]

I just don't have a lot of it :(

Journaling reads:

"Columbus, Ohio: round one of ZBB! After checking into our hotel & drinking some Cotton Candy 'tinis we headed to the arena. We were so excited-we LOVE zbb! They sang ALL our favorites: The Devil Went Down To Georgia, Chicken Fried, Toes & Whatever It Is. We loved singing along & rocking out with glowsticks. This was definitely a show to remember-so glad we'll see them twice more this summer! Love!"

Supplies used:

Cardstock: Bazzill [green]

Patterned Paper: Bo Bunny [blue swirls, orange scallops]

Adhesive: Tombow, Xyron

Pen: Staedtler

Die Cut Letters: Sizzix [Lime Light]

Circle punch: Fiskars

I decided to create a little shaker element using the cute bear stamp (from Gina K Designs WOODLAND FRIENDS Clear Stamps 8242).

I stamped it 5 or 6 times, cutted it out with a scissor, I kept the bear as whole one time for the white bottom of the shaker, not to see the background image of the patterned paper (of the Paper Rose SCANDI CHRISTMAS 6x6 Paper Pack 22744) through it. I removed the inner of the bear's belly to get a little "Bear frame" for the other shaker elements. I colored 1 for using it as the top, glued a little piece of window sheet on its backside and glued all other frame elements together. I waited a little bit to be safe that no glue is sticky and build the shaker element together, filling in some glitter. I did some accents with the Sakura BLACK GLAZE Gel Pen sk38395 to give the eyes and the little cute nose a little more standout and highlight.

Due to the metric system system in Europe, I used a white base card (14,8 x 10,5 cm / A6 card), glued a green gold cardstock base on its top. I used a dark green cardstock (13,8 x 9,5 cm) on it to give the patterned paper a small frame. The patterned paper was cutted to the size of 13,4 x 9,1 cm.

I hope you like the little bear, saying hello to all the other little bears around ...

I purchased a set of these pretty paper clips and realized that I had coordinating patterned paper...so the "ensemble" became my subject for bokeh Wednesday.

card using Creative Memories Limited Edition Trick or Treat Addition scheduled to launch on September 1st.

I amaze myself - I really do! I give time to everything else but the one thing I dream about most of all! That's GOT to change!!

6 x 6 multi media canvas. Adorable little piece of home decor with layers and layers of interesting texture and detail. Material used are patterned paper, paint, acrylic ink, archival ink, chipboard, pens, stencils and rubber stamps.

A quick and simple card. I just couldn't get the colors to show up correctly even after tinkering with it in Photoshop.

I used the Raspberry Suite color Challenge #8 for the colors and the Mojo Monday layout #89.

are the ones with all the power to make your day fantastic, or, to break it into a thousand pieces.

Open the cradstock, and now fold one side into the middle, and then the other side, so that you have scored it as it appears in stages 4 and 5.

... I'd rather keep my integrity and a clear conscience.

This paper was sitting on my table and so were the buttons and lace and I thought, "I REALLY need to make something with all of these!" Luckily there was a Lily Pad challenge using patterned paper at www.lilypad.inlinkz.com/2012/01/27/simon-says-stamp-prese....
