I added a blue Spotlight on a duplicate copy of the original. From som of the other work from this photographer, he seems to like blue. I used the elliptical lasso tool with a feather of 22 pixels to select the instruments...one at a time, ans holding the shift key down to add to the selection. I copied this selection from the original layer and pasted to the top, so there was no blue. This helped the chrome highlights I think...I added some contrast too.

I used the polygonal lasso tool with a fairly strong feather to select a portion of the steering wheel and cover up the dimple that was on the original. I then used the regular lasso tool and selected the logo on the center of the wheel and copied again from the original. I pasted this on top and applied it as a hard light mode and adjusted the opacity.

Print & Paste - Artists' Collaboration by MMU Library Services

Starting January 2012, Print and Paste is collaboration by a group of local artists making use of a large 16-sheet board traditionally used by advertisers. Every month, the group invite a new artist to exhibit their artwork with the aim to inspire the public with positive social commentary. The project came to an end in April 2014.
