After a Thai lunch with my nieces, I came home and did a search for Thai Red Curry Paste and found this recipe

I had to make a few substitutions, like anchovy for shrimp paste and regular lime for the kaffir lime. Now I can't wait to use it in a dish.

Came across these one day after a photoshoot by Ontario and 2nd area. Thought they looked neat and could use these one day for background textures. Feel free to use'em.
