Can anyone ID the Artist?

Those little cans of tomato paste are a chore. When you use a little what do you do with the rest? I scoop it out onto wax paper, form it into a log and then roll it up and freeze it. Later, I can slice off Tablespoon-size chunks. Here I used 1/4 cup.
