Me...obviously, fooling around with photoshop. I've never done this before, but it certainly was fun, and it gave me plenty of ideas for things to do when I'm not bogged down by schoolwork!

Reserve. In a blender, beat the egg, milk, oil, flour, cornstarch and a pinch of salt. * Arrange in a bowl and add the baking powder gently. * Heat a greased pan with oil over medium heat. * Pour the dough. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. * Turn the dough, spread the shredded chicken with sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add spoonfuls of cream cheese over the pie. * Wait for the cheese to melt and serve.
