For Sliders Sunday.

A new day arrives on the Southern Outer Banks.

OK...it's a bit of a mess this...but you gotta try stuff....and I accidentally erased the original so this is all I have. A child and father in the labyrinth of Salts Mill...which when it was built, mills employed children not much older. Exploitation existed everywhere....if that's what it was.

CP 6025 leads the Northfield past the south end of Inver Grove siding. We didn't have much time to spare with the shadows here.

CN R980 heads east through East Chicago with an IC GP40R leading. In the background a pair of Arcelor Mittal GP15-1's work around the steel mill

This started out life as an infrared shot, was passed through PS and the colours remapped. A bit graphic but I liked it. Hope you do too :)

Sorry, another from the basement! You will be sick of them by the time I'm finished. I need a few more shots for a special project :-)

I went to take more photos of my pears this morning and discovered that they are looking a little sad to put it kindly:-)

New look. A little bit of the old and a little bit of the new, but hopefully there will be a whole lot of new to come.

Green and yellow always works for me.

Hear what I hear

With its’ RS3L blaring, M356 crawls past the SOO/WC era depot in Lomira, WI, with a C40-8W leading. These are slowly getting rarer and rarer, so when they lead, I try and get out for them

Or... well on their way to being compost.

... but there's still something about this one that I really like. Not sure what it is.
