Doing what so many of us do these days, while waiting for a friend at the delightful Southern Cross Café in Edinburgh. The zebra mask also caught my eye, of course.
I had to laugh when I saw this pair of brolgas momentarily stopping the sheep in their tracks as they strutted through this lush green paddock! They reminded me of slender fashion models gliding by on a catwalk as the admiring audience looked on!
Happy Gorgeous Green Thursday!

A rare visitor to the bay.
Unfortunately only one fly past allowing a couple of average shots before disappearing over the headland.

You may not even remember all the passers by.
The days are passing too.
Trying to remember how shining the sand I saw....just like I did when I was a little kid.
Some ppl create art but I often produce digital garbage.
Have a nice Life.
Seeing as I have nothing else to post and with this new lockdown meaning getting out with the camera to exciting and fun locations won't be happening any time soon, I'm going to post another shot from NYE up at Great Staple Tor.
This shot was taken as the first snowstorm had gone past heading towards Plymouth and the coast. As you can see by the cloud it was quite an impressive one.
Passing by is the mood created here with the two models crossing paths and an earlier version was created in monotone which I think has a more nostalgic edge.
Your skin like dawn
Mine like musk
One paints the beginning
of a certain end.
The other, the end of a
sure beginning.

Have a nice weekend dear friends!
I have not read Nella Larsen's 1929 novel "Passing", which is about "racial passing". Bastian will never pass as a Somali, but in fact both are genetically black tabby cats (sic!).
Posted for the "Happy Caturday" theme "Poem or book".
