De retour sur ce lieu qu'est Boulieu, avec sa petite route qui porte bien son nom "la mare aux fées" et où tout n'est que beauté et magie ou féérie ..
Certains verront peut être un visage barbu entre les stries de l'eau verte.
Le niveau de l'eau est très bas, il n'a pas plu depuis des mois ..

Paseando por la ciudad vieja de León, en una de las calles que desembocan en la Catedral, nos topamos con este viejo mini aparcado en mitad de la calle. Como para no sacarle una foto a esta 'macchina' que dirían los italianos.
I went to Paris recently and found over 100+ photos while sifting through a flea market. The woman selling them appeared to have no connection to them whatsoever, which saddened me. All of the photos are black and white and from the 1950s. I wanted to do something to remember the original photographer (who remains unidentified) and all of the subjects and landscapes throughout time.)
If you are a Chicago native and you are interested in doing this project, please send me an email at kirstiecat@gmail.com with N'oublie Pas as the subject line. I am asking for people to come up with one sentence or more when they choose a photograph of how or why they connect with the photograph. There are over 100+ photographs to choose from and they vary between European landscapes and candids of family and friends. You will be able to keep the photograph you choose. Each portrait will be made into a multiple exposure photograph that you will also receive a high res version of. It is my opinion that this may make some French ghosts happy to know they are not forgotten.
For my part, my friend LIndsey Best took this photograph of me yesterday and I did the multiple exposure components last night. The photograph I am holding (upside down I might add) is one of a landscape with two small people off in the distance.
I often wake up wondering how I can make the world a better place. I try so hard to do this on a daily basis. And yet, I am overwhelmed quite honestly by the vastness of this place called The World and how small we are, even when we are together with someone we love. In some ways, this means that the terrible people don't really make all that much of an impact, either, I suppose.
At the same time, I often think that everything you do does have an effect, even if the mountains and the valleys disagree. When I behold the finite, aging Earth, I think of an old woman with gorgeous wrinkled skin. I want to care for her and all her children, too. I want to try to do my best even if I'm one person and it doesn't matter all that much.
Don't forget about the people you love every day. Don't forget about this fragile old thing we walk on.

Gorgeous Faux Pas, Edinburgh, Scotland... I'd like to be able to say 'ooh, yuz, this is exactly the effect I was aiming for' but in actual fact I had the camera sitting on a railing, doing a long exposure towards the city and the wind was so strong that it wobbled the camera :-) I'm liking it!

Période de nourrissage chez le busard cendré.
J'ai passé beaucoup de temps à l'affût pour photographier ce busard en vol. En période de nourrissage, il peut rester de longs moments près des petits puis repartir en chasse. L'approche est très rapide, le busard cendré se pose vite dans les blés, ne restant que de trop brèves secondes devant l'objectif.

I spent a lot of time on the lookout for to photograph the harrier in volume In the period of feeding, it can remain for long periods of time close to small then go hunting. The approach is very fast, the harrier arose quickly in the wheat, being that all too brief seconds in front of the lens.

Zeitraum fütterung bei der wiesenweihe.
Ich verbrachte viel zeit auf der lauer, um zu fotografieren, was bussard in vol zeit füttern, so kann es bleiben längere zeit in der nähe der kleinen und dann wieder auf der jagd. Der ansatz ist sehr schnell, wiesenweihen, stellt sich schnell in die saat, die verbleibende, dass zu kurze sekunden vor dem ziel.

Me pasé un montón de tiempo en el puesto de observación para fotografiar el aguilucho en volumen En el periodo de lactancia, puede permanecer por largos períodos de tiempo cerca de la pequeña, a continuación, ir de caza. Ik besteed veel tijd op de uitkijk voor om de foto van de kiekendief in het volume in de periode van het voeden, het kan blijven voor langere tijd dicht bij kleine dan gaan jagen. De aanpak is zeer snel, de kiekendief ontstond al snel in de tarwe, wordt dat maar al te korte seconden in de voorkant van de lens.

Periodo di alimentazione in albanella minore.
Ho speso un sacco di tempo alla ricerca di fotografare l'harrier in volume nel periodo di allattamento, può rimanere per lunghi periodi di tempo vicino ai piccoli e poi andare a caccia. L'approccio è molto veloce, il biancone si alzò in fretta nel grano, che, troppo breve secondi davanti all'obiettivo.

Eu passei um monte de tempo à procura de fotografar o harrier, em volume, No período de alimentação, que pode permanecer por longos períodos de tempo perto de pequenos, em seguida, ir à caça. A abordagem é muito rápida, o harrier, levantou-se rapidamente no trigo, sendo que todos os demais breves segundos na frente da lente.

Maredsous ne serait pas Maredsous sans ses larges terrasses qui vous offrent un ensoleillement optimal tout au long de la journée.
Près de la plaine de jeux, ou à l'entrée de notre Centre d'Accueil Saint-Joseph, on peut aussi bien déguster une bière et une tartine de fromage de Maredsous, qu'un des nombreux plats confectionnés sur place avec des produits artisanaux.
Maredsous would not be Maredsous without its large terraces which offer you optimal sunshine throughout the day.
Near the playground, or at the entrance to our Saint-Joseph Welcome Center, you can enjoy a beer and a slice of Maredsous cheese, as well as one of the many dishes made on site with artisanal products. .
Pas encore " les amoureux qui se bécotent sur les bancs publics " mais si on observe le langage non verbal, le positionnement de chacun, l'attitude qu'on peut repérer même de loin, ça ne devrait plus tarder ... :-)
Y'en a juste un qui va devoir faire le premier pas ... ou le premier geste.
Les deux couples de la Mare Saint-James qui avaient réussi cette année à nidifier, ont vu leur progéniture anéantie par des prédateurs. Je suis trop triste !
