Moving a short ways, the parents decided to get a shot with a crazy tree. Not much to say, other than that getting the exposure right in the full sun is pretty hard. The shadows are strong, and can make for some bad face lighting if you aren't careful.

Being parents becomes really tricky when our babies start growing up, and they know that they have the freedom of saying no to things. The same behavior shows in their eating habits as well. When the toddlers become pre-schoolers, they try to test their limits by choosing the food that they want to eat. We as parents want pickiness at the table to be the last thing after an entire long day of work. That is why it is easy to order a burger or pizza from the home delivery store and get over with the meal time without any fuss from the kids. But we are here to solve this problem. Making your kids eat the green leafy veggies is not going to be a battle anymore. The first thing you should know is why your kids are being picky eaters. I took this photo to bring with me to England. The literature the foreign exchange people sent me said I would want to bring photos to show friends and stave off homesickness. This may be why Mom let me take the photo -- she was categorically anti-photo for many, many years.
Mr. l33twave just turned 40, and it occurred to us that our parents, as captured in photos, were our current age when they were taken. We both agree -- we don't feel as grown up as our parents seemed to us at the time.
Prior to the start of each Fall semester, Langara hosts a Parent Orientation night. One of my sisters found out about a woman with a Puppy Mill that was getting rid of some "used breeding stock". It was a four hour ride to up state NY but my sister and her husband drove. When they found the place they were given a sweet but very messy female Yorkie and told they could not see any others, take her or leave her. Needless to say they took her ,she was so sweet. I know they would have taken more out of their, but they were glad they got one .The lady made it clear,they were to leave . This little cutie has had 5 litters of her own and my parents were told she had just finished nursing another dogs pups and she looked like she had ,she was still very swollen from nursing. She did a good job, I'm sure... Now it's her turn to be happy. She's been spayed and the Vet says she's healthy. She now lives in the lap of luxury with plenty of attention just for her.
She's looking Great now ! Her hair all grew back and she goes to a groomer once a month. She's got my Parents fussing over her all the time, that's their baby . They love her !
