Parallel Universe by Ouchhh is a light installation at Artechouse. The light patterns are pure white light. However, my camera sensor captures the white light in these imaginary colors, so the photos look very different than the actual work.
We will never meet, intersect, or cross,
And I'm afraid the space betwixt us is too much across.
I know we can spend our lives together, side by side,
Yet again, I fear the space that divides us is far too wide.
When I try to bridge the gap, there is nothing but resistance.
As I look then between us, there is nothing but distance.
We are so much like two north magnetic poles, it's strange-
Try as you might to close the distance, nothing will change.
Going the same direction, going the same speed,
You would think that by being together, we would only succeed.
While this might be true, what is not is far more.
I will never be closer to you than I am now, or was before.
We will never see eye to eye, and to you that's fine.
I suppose we are nothing more than parallel lines.

This is an example of three Parallel Horizontal trees, intersecting with one Vertical tree. The Horizontal trees are Perpendicular (form a 90 degree angle) with the Vertical tree.

Az Ubuntu felhasználók ezentúl közvetlenül a desktop számítógépükön található csomagkezelőn keresztül tudnak majd kereskedelmi szoftvereket telepíteni a "partner" repóból. Az első elérhető kereskedelmi szoftver a Parallels Workstation.
We're about to land on runway 26 at Phoenix, AZ...another 'bus is on a parallel approach for runway 25R.
I photographed this a few years ago on Upper Pine Bottom Run which parallels Rt 44 north of Waterville, PA..
This is a stack of 6 x 600s at ISO800 taken on the night of Monday 20th July / Tuesday 21st July 2009. North is to the left.
I was beaten by the clouds shortly after 01.00am so I only got 1 hour of data instead of the intended 3 - some of the subs taken before midnight weren't good enough and the last sub was ruined in the last couple minutes due to the loss of the guidestar.
As a consequence the stacked image is somewhat noiser than I'd hoped and consequently I cannot process it as much in order to highlight the fainter detail. There artifacts around some of the brighter stars so I've probably overcooked it already!

There was a steepness in the darkness
I wanted to cut it like a comet crash
Hit the city, where you had echoed from a flash
Made it all seem not so bad
'Cause we were parallel lines running through the whole sky
And even in the low light, we were aligned
'Cause we were parallel lines, separate the whole time
But even in the divide, you and I
Don't dare repeat this
But when I lay alone that night
I let the city see me cry
And in my weakness
I wish you hadn't closed your eyes
Crossed the city, open mine
'Cause we were parallel lines, running through the whole sky
And even in the low light, we were aligned
'Cause we were parallel lines, separate the whole time
But even in the divide, you and I
I watched you comb your hands through the light
Every detail spilled from your outline
All at once you filled my eyes
And I could see it all for the first time
'Cause we were parallel lines running through the whole sky
(The whole sky)
And even in the low light, we were aligned
(We were aligned)
'Cause we were parallel lines, separate the whole time
(Whole time)
And even in the divide, you and I
