Ziron Environmental's Kenworth T880 began its life by hauling a 75-foot white spruce from the Chippewa National Forest to the nation's capitol.
PacLease now offers on-board vehicle diagnostics on all new PACCAR MX-13 engine-equipped Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. It will also leverage the technology to further enhance its PacTrac ® telematics offering. PacLease has been showcasing a Kenworth T680 with its PacTrac telematics systems, developed by PeopleNet, at the PeopleNet User Conference, which is concluding Aug. 26 in Phoenix.
Canada Colors and Chemicals’ (CCC) operates mostly Kenworth T680 day cabs, like the ones shown here, through a full-service lease from PacLease. CCC’s Kenworth T680s are spec’d with the PACCAR MX-13 engine rated at 485 hp and feature Eaton UltraShift Plus transmissions. Since Canadian winters are cold, the trucks were spec’d with the “arctic” package (with added insulation) along with Espar fuel-fired heaters.
