Remove the ribbon and lift the lid and this is what you find inside. The lid has a magnetic enclosure, you know, just in case the form-fitting purple ribbon isn’t doing a good enough job to keep the box closed. On top of the stack of cards is a separate referral card printed with your individual code (for sweet MOOlah [sic]) and an appropriate quote from a film on the reverse side. Here, Catch 22: “It was love at first sight”. My last batch had the more recent classic, “I’m kind of a big deal” from Ron Burgundy/Anchorman.

In Chiba, Japan, there is a wonderful Japanese bathhouse that's entrance is decked out to resemble an old street from the Meiji era in Tokyo. There is a teeny shop cram full of traditional Japanese sweets and that is where I picked these up.
