I remember playing here as a kid of 6 or 7 years old and was told by my mum never to play there again because it was dangerous. I never gave any thought to the fast moving river, railway, the canal or mill race; I thought it was dangerous because trolls lived under bridges.

I love styling freebies! By now you probably have heard there is a folder in your Library called the Avatar Welcome Pack. In it you will find a collection of clothes, skins, ao, body by Legacy and heads by Lelutka. These are all "lite" versions meaning there are no huds. You'll be using BOM for your skins. I have on the lite Ceylon Head and the Meshbody - Legacy (f) Special Edition (Basic) 1.0. I have given my head animations with a facial AO. I tweaked my body AO and used a talking animation instead of a typing animation so my lips will move when I type.

Owner out for a walk on Ocean Boulevard with his six Yorkshire Terriers ages 2-14. They actually walk around quite efficiently. Owners says one of them is “The boss”. My Cavachon, Pooka, doesn’t think they are all that cute…might be case of subtle jealousy.

So called because it is at the end of a pack trail. The pack trail is shown on USGS 7.5' map of this area. This is the only standing headframe in the Delamar district that I have found. This photo was taken in between the mill ruin shots on this day.
I parked down by the mill and hiked up to the ridge. The trail skirts along the upper edge of the crater that is the Glory Hole of the Hogpen Shoot (gotta love that name) and it runs along the northwest side of the ridge. There are some minor scrambling stretches (very minor) at first and then the trail essentially follows the 6,850' contour. There is another abandoned mine along the approximately 2,000 foot length trail, it is a hole in the ground with waste rock piled around and nothing else. This mine and the others in this immediate area are all on an incline that I estimate about 70 degrees from horizontal.
The pack trail is not very easily seen as it has been a long time since it was used. The easiest way to follow is to run the USGS map on your device and keep your cursor (your position) on or near where the trail was. It is obvious in many sections but some areas are just steep woods with no trail apparent. There are a couple of spots where trees have grown near or on the old trail, and must be bypassed. It is also pretty easy to note where this is on the map and head that way – I would describe this area as rugged country so the pack trail is the easy way.
Saw four wild horses along the way, walked right up on one to within 50 feet.
