Some fabulous light at the Wool, Packs last Sunday at sunset.
The composition is a little two dimensional. I should have moved around to the right.
A Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea) was making a display with full spread out wing to keep an intruding Great Egret at bay. The sizes of the large waders matched up beautifully here. The warm sunlight just made the personality of the heron stand out. Pics was taken from Jamnagar wild areas in Gujrat, India.
A group of beasts from the Wilderness meets to casually chat under the Moon light.
The meeting meeting is curiously aligned with the Constellation of Lupus!

After lunch at the head of Glen Tanar, I head back down the way I came, crossing once more over the small stone bridge spanning Tanar Water in the Scottish Highlands. The sun is out and it's a glorious day, and such an easy cycle back as it's all downhill!

With the CTC cut in working at Iron Junction, and a lot of North Bound traffic on the Missabe sub, the MRF with 901 in the lead was waiting for lights in, with a Minntac loader with 403 leading a half a mile behind, on the other side of the diamond. They both got rolling as the golden hour was in its prime!

Strobist info:
Two Nikon SB900 speedlights were used for illumination. The first was camera right slightly above camera level, pointing down 45-degrees at subject and at a distance of 9". It was in Manual mode and fired @ 1⁄8 power through a Gary Fong Lightsphere. The second SB900 was 170-degrees camera left, pointed down at 45-degrees at subject and a distance of 30", also in Manual mode. It was fired @ 1⁄8 power through a Neewer 24" x 24" soft box.
Speedlights triggeded by three PocketWizard PlusX's.
Lens: Tokina AT-X Pro Macro 100 F2.8 D.
After picking up three C40-8s at Keenan, Repainted IC SD40-3 6254 leads a six pack of standard cabs South through Forbes, MN on a rock train.
A dog lead made from horses reins. It came with our first rescued greyhound, Lady in about 1980-81 and is a pack heirloom. SQL uses it now and hopefully more dogs will in the future. I lost it once, but luckily found it again, so it now has it's own name tag 😊 For Smile on Saturday "Made of Leather" - HSoS

This Battle Pack offers a lot while using only 149 pieces. Three Phase 2 clones, with a speeder bike and an e-web cannon, go up against a droid driving a STAP and both variations of the crab droid.

This is my 3rd and final entry for the RebelLUG battle pack contest. We could not use more than 150 pieces. My original plan had been to do two crab droids vs. 4 clones, but that used slightly over 1/3 of my allotted pieces. I kept adding more, and was surprised at how many builds I was able to get done with so few pieces.
