Bella Pace, one of the most beautiful sims in Second Life.
The sim will be closing soon. If you haven't visited it yet, hurry up before it's too late.

CSX I026-03 with CSX 1982, the newest revealed CSX heritage scheme, painted in the SBD livery. With hot stacks bound for Bedford Park, IL they take no time as they race for KY/TN state line- 7/4/23.
Hagerstown bound 38Q travels south along US Route 11 near Marion, PA. A great job by Denny Myers in the driver's seat and some tips from Jim Stanton.
After the SOO SD60/60Ms returned to service in late 2009, I took every opportunity to savor the sight and sound of these EMDs at work. Highway 55 between Belgrade and Glenwood provided prime territory to follow alongside and fire off a few pacing shots as the 710 prime movers did their thing. This is the same ethanol train we saw fueling up in Glenwood. They're underway now in the last light of the day and accelerating toward Sedan. I believe Jeremiah Rindahl, Frederick Wolter, and his dad were along for this one, so for once I wasn't driving and taking the picture at the same time.
What you don't see, when you watch show jumping on TV, is the jockeys all pacing round the arena wearing their riding gear to prepare for the competition. It is a surreal sight - like a live Magritte painting... At the Royal Windsor Horse show.
A year ago these were the tranquil scenes as class 144 pacer unit crossed the River Calder at Kirkthorpe.
CSX Q026 rolls through the fields of northcentral Tennessee in Sadlersvile as they rapidly approach the Kentucky state line. Q026 featured a pair of CSX's ST70AH's, or SD70ACe-T4's, on point this day. These have since been returned to Progress Rail.
Let's celebrate Pacer travel in West Yorkshire, on a damp November Saturday night when the timetable looks to have gone to pot with delays and cancellations, Northern Pacer 142026 gets underway from Woodlesford, 37 minutes late with the Daily return Leeds to Goole. A local pub bonfire kindly provided the pyrotechnic display.
For the record 142026 2F25 17:58 Leeds to Goole.

FOTO DALLA MIA FINESTRA ! - PHOTO FROM MY WINDOW !
Screaming the miles off, NS 255 cuts across the farm fields west of Shadeland Indiana pound for Kansas City.
The sun has very nearly set on the Pacers so with a good forecast I surfaced early this morning and took a trip out to try a few sunrise rail shots at Colton Junction.
Just another shot I liked from my day out with the Batten Kill late last year. This was an attempt at a pacing shot from the passenger seat that I never bothered editing until now. Not perfect but still just kind of cool and worth keeping I suppose.
Winter Storm Gail slammed into the northeast mid December and Washington County was absolutely dumped on with over three feet of snow! The Batten Kill Railroad made a rare Saturday run to help open up the entirety of the railroad. They ran light engine with a pair of classic double headed Alcos: G&J 4116 a veteran ex D&H Alco RS3 (blt. 9/52) and SNEX 5012 an ex Atlantic & Danville Alco RS36 (blt. 12/59) stopping along the way to shovel switches and clear the roads of the snow they would push out on to each crossing. After making their way thru the hamlet of Shushan they are on their way to Cambridge.
They are seen here southbound between Shushan and Cambrudge somewhere near about MP A132

Tugboat traffic around Powell River has decreased significantly over the last few years, and now that the local pulp and paper mill is shut down we won't be seeing Seaspan boats very often either. This is the Seaspan Pacer heading south with 3 empty scows out of the frame behind her on a dark winter day.

EA2506 leads SP33, the midday Sydney to Canberra Xplorer, through Penrose.
This day out on the Main South was the 'farewell i30 tour' as we took the car out on one final drive and tank of fuel. After 179,000 km of combined ownership covering east coast Australia, we said farewell to the trusty Hoondai i30 “Harry”.
