Don't overload your circuits...For the past couple of years I have been traveling to Idaho to work on my folks house remodeling it and gaining some closure on their life and times...Recently I refurbished all the electrical...This outlet was still in use and a very integral part of the ongoing life of the residence...Take a moment...slow down and take a look at what makes you tick...We want you around for a while...
A FAW truck, which probably stands for First Automotive Works. In its Communist days, the heavy-duty trucks within the FAW group used to be branded Jie Fang, or Liberation trucks.
My uncle told me somthing funny, well, not funny. Apparently you see severely overloaded trucks a lot on weekends. Because?? The local traffic police doesn't patrol on weekends. So transportation and logistics companies overload their trucks on weekends to safe fuel (for example, do one run rather than two runs).

Photo series shot on a bike along the Millennium wall in Hanoi, the mosaic stretches for a full 6km. The wall celebrates the 1000th anniversary of Hanoi becoming the capital of Vietnam.
Got behind this vehicle that had a payload of at least a score or more of what appear to be 40 to 50 pound bags of compost (?) What caught my eye was the constant swerving as it seemed the front end was only lightly remaining in contact with the roadway and the rear end was bottomed out with no spring at all on bumps and curves. Scary.
Oh come on gang. You didn't really think I was going to let this one pass by, did you? Hell we waited long enough. Just look at the picture and if you feel like it, humour me and say something nice! :D

Oh man...what a busy day today! We picked about a fourth of the tree this afternoon and my wheelbarrel runneth over!!! lol..man this tree had an amazing crop this year...picked only a fourth of the tree and got a wheelbarrel and two 5 gallon buckets full of apples! I'm glad that I have a week or two to get them picked, cleaned and peeled for drying and freezing before they get too ripe. Giving away a bunch too! They're a fall apple and taste and look like a small Mac... Sam was here and able to help today but we left the rest on the tree til we get done with this batch! My fingers were red from cutting peels today....I've never had apples turn my hands fingers red before...has anyone had that happen? We were cutting and peeling...never had color from apples stain my hands...weird!!! lol Large is better!

I don't know what to make of this home on Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, North Carolina in Robeson County. The yard is full of white painted religious statuary and baby blue and yellow accents. Simply amazing.

I’m in a disagreeable mood today... so thought I’d post a shot with possibly the least attractive thumbnail you will ever find, doubt many will be reading this then. If you have worse then feel free to post it (thumbnail size). Took this to demonstrate my frustrations with digital photography... I guess it looks ok on screen but with the blown highlights being pure white this will print out bloody rubbish. Oh wellly, sh*t happens. I was attracted to the multitude of textures, maybe Adele good do something with it in one of her pink textured mashups.
