Canon A1 with Canon FD f1.2/55mm, Orwopan 100 EI 80 in Rodinal 1+40 for 8.5min 20C.
Here is one of the overlapped shots that I'm getting with my A1, it's not in every shot, but in this 36 frames roll it happened 5 times. I'm sending it for a full CLA.
Sometimes with malfunctions you can get nice results, I kind of like this shot.
In January, clouds overlapped on the mountain at dusk in January. I couldn't help but feel the change caused by global warming in this rare cloud.

There are two reasons why a person faces the sea.
One, to enjoy a slice of shine in the sea like children bubbling over in the beach.
The other, to brush the dust of memory like an old man who misses old days, staring at the shine
quietly.
Those lead to only one meaning though they do not seem to overlap. It’s a rebirth.
I face myself to change tomorrow, a vague day into something certain.
That is the meaning of a rebirth.
I had a very sweet girlfriend when I was 18.
After she left, I knew the meaning of gentleness for the first time and also a true pain of loss. After
she left, how many times did I depend too much on her, doubt her, envy her and keep on telling lies
until I realized it is love?
I wonder whether a nobody like me could have given something to her who was struggling in the
daily life in those days. Giving something is arrogant conceit. It is nothing but self-satisfaction.
I had been thinking about such a thing.
However, I guess what she saw in me was because I had nothing. That‘s why she tried to see
something in me. Perhaps she found a slight possibility in me, a guy filled with ambiguous, unstable
tomorrow. But I wasted days depending too much on her gentleness.
Now I finally can convey how I felt in those days when we met.

あらすじ
大学を目指している北見ケイは、SNS上で、6歳年上のイベントコンパニオン、上村香織に出会う。
上京してきた香織の夢は、有名なアーティストの友達になるためだ。
そのためにはラジオ局のプロデューサー、大沢亮の存在が必要だった。
大沢は、ラジオの生放送中、香織へ語りかける。
「僕には妻子がある。しかし、僕は君に会いたいと思っている」
ケイの同級生で、彼を想っている三條里香は、香織の動向を探っていた。。。。。
本編
人が海へ向かう理由には、二つある。
ひとつは、波打ち際ではしゃぐ子供のように、今の瞬間の海の輝きを楽しむこと。
もうひとつは、その輝きを静かに見据えて、過ぎ去った日々を懐かしむ老人のように記憶の埃を払うこと。
二つは重なり合わないようではあるけれども、たったひとつの意味しか生まない。
再生だ。
明日っていう、曖昧な日を確実なものへと変えてゆくために、自分の存在に向き合う。
それが再生の意味だ。
十八歳だった僕には大切な人がいた。

Two exotic species, happened to overlap as they ran in opposite directions. A cow elk and a blackbuck antelope male that we saw in the distance. This was a field not far from our place in Montell, Uvalde County, Texas. The hills that are of the Rawhide Mountain Range are in the background, part of the Nueces Canyon.

A second Vertorama from the lake ( De put ) where I went last saturday.
I told I was going to write you a little vertorama tutorial when I had more of these under my belt, but now I think that the method will proof itself much faster if you all give it a try.
The little vertorama tutorial is down below.
The shot
2 x Standard 3 exposures HDR [-2,0,+2EV] in RAW/ISO100 at f/8 using the Sigma 10-20mm lens, on a tripod.
Photomatix
Tonemapped using the detail enhancer.
Vertorama stitching : the lazy bastard way.
As input you need two shots taken horizontally, one above the other with about 30% overlap, I've used 2 horizontal HDR shots taken at 11mm here but that ain't important, just rest assured that there ain't no problem with the widest shots.
So here is the photoshop part :
1) Load both shots into photoshop.
2) If there is too much difference in the colour or brightness of the shot you can alter
one of them to match the most pleasing of the two using the normal tools you
should know by now. This sure doesn't need to be an exact match.
3) Copy paste one of them into the other.
4) Rotate the canvas 90°
5) Select both layers
6) Select 'Edit>Auto-Align layers...' and be sure to select 'Cylindrical stitching'
7) Select 'Edit>Auto-Blend layers'
8) Rotate the canvas 90° in the opposite direction of the previous rotate.
9) Flatten the image.
Now all you have to do is a crop and do all other photoshop work you wish.
Hope it will work out for you too: quick and easy !
In fact this is so dead easy that you can poor this into a photoshop action (step 3 until 9 ) :
I sure did!
You might be wondering what that 90° rotating comes from, but it's plain stupid: the photoshop 'Cylindrical Stitching' algorithm was written to stitch shots taken horizontally, as a cylinder around the photographer, since we're producing Vertorama's here we just fool the algorithm by rotating our images 90°.

In January, clouds overlapped on the mountain at dusk in January. I couldn't help but feel the change caused by global warming in this rare cloud.
Pentacon 6 TL I Kodak Portra 400NC
So the dreaded overlapping issue with the Pentacon 6 stuck it's nasty head out and completely ruined this roll, every photo overlapped some were almost half of the photo and not even salvageable. In fact this entire roll outside of this photo were ruined; womp, womp! But I think I'm actually the cause of the issue so I'm gonna blast through a black and white roll just simply to test and see if what I think was the cause(my lack of attention to film flatness) was truly the issue and hopefully enjoy this pretty cool camera.
We were still experiencing the fall colors in the second week of November when the first snow hit Northeast Ohio. The river was still pretty low but at least there was some movement. Taken at Rocky River Reservation Metro Park.

Main story

I had a very sweet girlfriend when I was 18.
After she left, I knew the meaning of gentleness for the first time and also a true pain of loss. After
she left, how many times did I depend too much on her, doubt her, envy her and keep on telling lies
until I realized it is love?
I wonder whether a nobody like me could have given something to her who was struggling in the
daily life in those days. Giving something is arrogant conceit. It is nothing but self-satisfaction.
I had been thinking about such a thing.
However, I guess what she saw in me was because I had nothing. That‘s why she tried to see

あらすじ
大学を目指している北見ケイは、SNS上で、6歳年上のイベントコンパニオン、上村香織に出会う。
上京してきた香織の夢は、有名なアーティストの友達になるためだ。
そのためにはラジオ局のプロデューサー、大沢亮の存在が必要だった。
大沢は、ラジオの生放送中、香織へ語りかける。
「僕には妻子がある。しかし、僕は君に会いたいと思っている」
ケイの同級生で、彼を想っている三條里香は、香織の動向を探っていた。。。。。
本編
人が海へ向かう理由には、二つある。
ひとつは、波打ち際ではしゃぐ子供のように、今の瞬間の海の輝きを楽しむこと。
もうひとつは、その輝きを静かに見据えて、過ぎ去った日々を懐かしむ老人のように記憶の埃を払うこと。
二つは重なり合わないようではあるけれども、たったひとつの意味しか生まない。
再生だ。
明日っていう、曖昧な日を確実なものへと変えてゆくために、自分の存在に向き合う。
それが再生の意味だ。
十八歳だった僕には大切な人がいた。

Angkor Thom"Great City", located in present-day Cambodia, was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. It was established in the late twelfth century by King Jayavarman VII.:378–382:170
It covers an area of 9 km², within which are located several monuments from earlier eras as well as those established by Jayavarman and his successors. At the centre of the city isJayavarman's state temple, the Bayon, with the other major sites clustered around the Victory Square immediately to the north.

Angkor Thom was established as the capital of Jayavarman VII's empire, and was the centre of his massive building programme. One inscription found in the city refers to Jayavarman as the groom and the city as his bride.:121
Angkor Thom seems not to be the first Khmer capital on the site, however. Yasodharapura, dating from three centuries earlier, was centred slightly further northwest, and Angkor Thom overlapped parts of it. The most notable earlier temples within the city are the former state temple of Baphuon, and Phimeanakas, which was incorporated into the Royal Palace. The Khmers did not draw any clear distinctions between Angkor Thom and Yashodharapura: even in the fourteenth century an inscription used the earlier name.:138 The name of Angkor Thom—great city—was in use from the 16th century.
The last temple known to have been constructed in Angkor Thom was Mangalartha, which was dedicated in 1295. Thereafter the existing structures continued to be modified from time to time, but any new creations were in perishable materials and have not survived.
The Ayutthaya Kingdom, led by King Borommarachathirat II, sacked Angkor Thom, forcing the Khmers under Ponhea Yat to relocate their capital southeast.:29
Angkor Thom was abandoned some time prior to 1609, when an early western visitor wrote of an uninhabited city, "as fantastic as the Atlantis of Plato".:140 It is believed to have sustained a population of 80,000–150,000 people.

Bright spring leaves overlap in the spring gardens of the Filoli Center.
Whether I find myself on a redwood trail or at a formal garden, I can never resist photographing the leaves of plants. They are among the subjects that supply a virtual infinity of shapes and colors and arrangements to work with — which still somehow surprises me. Are they thick or thin? Long or short? Dark or light? Smooth or veined? Back-lit or top-lit? Direct light or filtered? The expected green or any of a rain bow of other possibilities?
I found this plant (or, more correctly, these plants) tucked away in a corner at a large San Francisco Peninsula garden that we visited in late May. The growth was thick and the shadowed light was soft, which revealed a lot of texture and shape — of individual leaves and of the composite forms created by their overlapping arrangement.

Two overlapping spiral galaxies are pictured in this image from the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope. The two galaxies, which have the uninspiring names SDSS J115331 and LEDA 2073461, lie more than a billion light-years from Earth. Despite appearing to collide in this image, the alignment of the two galaxies is likely just by chance — the two are not actually interacting. While these two galaxies might simply be ships that pass in the night, Hubble has captured a dazzling array of interacting galaxies in the past.
This image is one of many Hubble observations delving into highlights of the Galaxy Zoo project. Originally established in 2007, the Galaxy Zoo project and its successors are massive citizen science projects which crowdsource galaxy classifications from a pool of hundreds of thousands of volunteers. These volunteers classify galaxies imaged by robotic telescopes and are often the first to ever set eyes on an astronomical object.
Over the course of the original Galaxy Zoo project, volunteers discovered a menagerie of weird and wonderful galaxies such as unusual 3-armed spiral galaxies and colliding ring galaxies. The astronomers coordinating the project applied for Hubble time to observe the most unusual inhabitants of the Galaxy Zoo — but true to the project’s crowdsourced roots, the list of targets was chosen by a public vote.
