Visited the Penang Famous Teo Chew Chendol place. This is their assam laksa. It was okay. The chendol was overhyped. If you've eaten Malacca chendol before and like it, you will not be impressed with this.

Yes, it was the second to last event ever held at Rockingham, Oct 12, 1931. Promoted and of course overhyped by Boston Madison Garden Association's Dick Dunn. It was reduced to 50 miles when the reality of the track condition and actual stars that showed up to race was realized. Nevertheless, unlike other venues the New England race fans showed up in very good numbers (55,000). The last race ever held at Rockingham was June 26, 1932 when The AAA Contest Board took over the oversight and produced a terrible race with unsafe conditions and carnage that was terminated after 15 laps, that truly was the end of AAA championship level racing in New England. I can share some of many contemporary news articles if anyone is interested. footnote: Leon Duray -though I believe he may have no showed for this Oct 12, 1931 50 miler had the honor of having raced on the Rockingham original dirt track of 1925, the Rockingham pine (1925-28), and finally on the second version of Rockingham dirt (1931-32).

Biggest beef was that the taco shell itself was not good at all. Quite cold and dry.. I'd rather not have it as a taco. Moreover, the salsa, though very refreshing, was overpowering the fish! I finally decided to have the fish on its own, nixed the taco, nixed the fillings.. what fun was that? The chorizo was yummier ... with mango salsa. All in all -- overhyped. :-S

A little overpriced and overhyped in my opinion. Wasn’t bad but wasn't great either. I’d pass next time.

8 min read Today, almost everyone agrees that blockchain is a revolutionary technology. Well, those who don’t like exaggerations would at least say that it had a transformative potential. Even Bitcoin and cryptocurrency skeptics like JPMorgan consider blockchain a genuine technology. The distributed ledger technology (DLT), as blockchain is also called, has been trialed in […]

Geothermal plant in background. Some liked it. I did not. Too crowded, too artificial, too boring. Oh, BTW, one can't actually swim, since the "water" is not even translucent. But others had fun. Overhyped tourist trap for this old traveler.

This is all you need to do sit-ups and start being awesome. Screw spending hundreds of pounds on overhyped contraptions and other shit, people need to learn to get back to basics and not give in to commercial pressure.

Well, just when you think it's been overhyped, the snow arrives. It was like this when it started, and it is coming down so much harder now!!

Gothic architecture=cool.

Colorful abstract lightshow=cool.

Combining the two? Eh, no cooler than either of them by itself. I would call it "overhyped" but not bad. Like a 2 hour build-up for a fireworks show made completely out of consumer fireworks.
