The Chinesischer Turm in Munich's Englischer Garten.

From Wikipedia:

"This 25 metre high wooden structure, designed by the military architect Joseph Frey von Johann Baptist Lechner, was built from 1789 to 1790. It was modelled on the "Great Pagoda" in the Royal Botanic Gardens in London. The Pagoda, twice as high as the Turm, was supposed to resemble a porcelain pagoda in the gardens of a Chinese emperor.

In July 1944, the so-called "China Tower" burned down due to heavy bombing, and in 1952 was rebuilt true to the original.

With 7,000 seats, the Chinesischer Turm's beer garden is the second largest beer garden in Munich."

Oi gente!

Finalmente consegui pedir o meu tão desejado orelhudo.

======================================

I was looking to get my hands on a SOOM Benmore - Cernunnos for a while and thought every Xmas kit would go up until December 31st. Well, everyone of them except for the MD ones… I guess I don’t have to tell you how desperate I was when I tried to add it to my cart and said it was sold out. So I begged Victoria and she was really, really kind to let me order it out of the ordering period. That’s why is a late order

I live in Brazil and we aren’t free of custom fees, so please be aware of that before joining the crew.

This order will be paid on Layway (1+3 months).

Initially I only want the Faun Head and the Human body. But I can afford the hooved legs or human head if there are no buyers for it.

The shipping fee to Brazil will be splited fairly among the participants.

After it’s arrival I’ll ship the parts to every participant by whatever method you prefere, but I require tracking and insurance for your own safety.

PARTS

Human Head - open

Fantasy Hands - open

Hooved Legs - open

OPTIONAL

Victoria wouldn’t let me order anything beside the eyes, but if you want to order anything from SOOM like random wigs or clothes I can add’em to the order. But be aware that your shipping fee will rise a little. (Only for the ones who are ordering parts from this split)

"Jane Waldie, afterwards Mrs. Watts (1793–1826), author, born in 1793, showed a taste for painting at an early age, and studied under Nasmyth. She painted many pictures, mostly landscapes inspired by the beauty of the scenery surrounding her home. The figures in three or four of them are the work of Sir Robert Ker Porter [q. v.] As early as 1819 she exhibited at Somerset House a picture called ‘The Temple at Pæstum’ (Addit. MS. 18204). Twenty-eight of her pictures were at Hendersyde Park in 1859, but many had been removed at the time of her marriage, and remained in the possession of her husband. In September 1816 she accompanied her sister Charlotte, with whom she has often been confused, and her brother John abroad, returning to England in August 1817. The result was a book entitled ‘Sketches descriptive of Italy in 1816–17; with a brief Account of Travels in various parts of France and Switzerland’ (London, 1820, 4 vols. 8vo). On 20 Oct. of that year she married Captain (afterwards Rear-Admiral) George Augustus (???) Watts of Langton Grange, Staindrop, Darlington (cf. O'Byrne, Naval Biography, p. 1260), where, after losing her only child, she died on 6 July 1826."
