Once-upon-a-time, this was a grungy abandoned store where they sold basketballs and bikinis.
But man can not live on basketballs and bikinis forever.

Even though 2011 home values dropped an average of 5.1% and prices fell in 302 of 384 housing markets tracked by the Fiserv Case-Shiller Indexes, the picture should get considerably brighter as housing approaches 2013. Fiserv’s chief economist, David Shiff, believes that the housing market will see greater stability in 2012 than in the past several years. Affordability is 40% better than in 2006. Interest rates will remain low through all, or most of the year.

Settled in with the baby and getting into a good routine day to day. I feel like the house is in good shape and I am spending time working on "school stuff" with my big girl :)
Annnnd....I am MOBILE AGAIN! We got a Honda Fit Ex on Thursday, February 25! I am in love with my car and so happy to be able to take the girls out to activities. Ri will be swimming at the end of the month and hopefully starting music and/or gymnastics. Whew! Six months of being carless was ROUGH!
