This is one of a series of photographs taken at the Syrian run restaurant, Soufi’s. The restaurant had to close because of internet hate mail and death threats. With the help of Paramount Fine Foods CEO Mohamed Fakih, it was able to reopen. Taken on the day Soufi’s reopened, this photograph is part of a photographic essay about love conquering hate.
My newest tattoo, my 7th and one i've had in mind for a long time.
I collect keys, i think they're fascinating. They hold in them a secret, a purpose. One key can open several doors or it can open just one.
The teeth on this key represent the mountain range from my hometown, so that I know wherever I am, home is just a door away.
For a tunnel motor Tuesday we find a pair of them with B&LE 909 leading on either side of a CN SD40-2W, all wide open getting 140 plus steaming Fairlane taconite loads moving on a cloudy dark November 8, 2023.
A Lake State Railway northbound out of Bay City passes through Kawkawlin, MI behind two one-of-a-kind models on their roster, an HR-412 and C420. It was a bit warm for May and the crew may have left the door open for some air flow.

4th street in Columbus Ohio during the second annual Open Streets 614. A community event where a city street is closed to traffic and people can attend yoga class, ride skateboards, play twister, Jenga, or sit on a ratty old couch, all right in the middle of the street.
