I'm back!
I had a lovely trip to New Orleans. Maybe I will upload some pictures later, if anybody is interested.
Since I haven't taken any doll photos for a while, I decided to upload one I took when taking photos of a commission recently. I just thought Sophie looked cute in it. ^__^
I hope to get my Dal and Pullip hoodies up in my shop sometime this weekend.
I will work on catching up with my contacts photos this week - so much laundry and chores to do!
During Bollywood dance class, I kind of twisted my ankle.
In all fairness, I believe I had a minor sprain back in June, and it's been weaker since that happened.
Also, I love my new toenail colour. It's called "Stop Traffic".
Hard at work.. and all of a sudden.. oops.. paint spills.. I am covered in paint... but what the heck.. gota keep working huh?

Having a prang is never good - but immeasurably worse when the other vehicle involved is a police car... Which is what happened this gloomy evening in Reservoir.
The silver Laser allegedly pulled out of a side street just as the police car was crossing it.
Happily, no-one was injured.
I was kind-of an "ear-witness" - I heard the cop car's siren, THEN the "crunch"; presumably, the cop saw the Laser coming, hit the siren to warn the driver, and it didn't work...

I was watching this monarch male as he flew from zinnia to zinnia. When he landed on the red one, I snapped this shot.
He left immediately and I went on to other things.
It wasn't till I put the shot into the computer that I saw the reason for his immediate departure.
He probably surprised the crab spider as much as it surprised him.
Interestingly he has a scratch on his front right wing that somewhat resembles a crab spider on attack.
Maybe it's a butterfly tattoo.
Second time I posted this and I can't seem to get it out. Hope you really enjoy girls in jeans because here I am again.
This Eastern Towhee always stands his ground whenever he visits this feeder, chasing off all the little birds when he arrives.
When this Cardinal showed up, he probably thought the Towhee would be startled and fly off. Guess again. For a change it was the Cardinal who suddenly decided that feeder wasn't big enough for the two of them, and left after only a second or two.
