Very difficult shooting conditions yesterday, with high wind gusts.
The dust didn't help either.

There were more of these scarecrows all brilliant. Well done all the makers I really enjoyed seeing them.
I shorted Allie's grandma her "2" cookie, so I got it to her today! PS, like most of my work, this is Cookie Artisan inspired. One of the coolest things I ever saw when I first joined Flickr, and I am still drooling over it =) www.flickr.com/photos/34555769@N04/3407476506/in/set-7215...
This was one of those 'Ooops!' moments when I went to delete this from a thread and accidently deleted it from my Flickr photostream...no need to re-comment I'm just posting it to put back in a group! Sometimes I feel like a nut!!!...:)

A soon to be newlywed couple getting their wedding photos at the Bellagio Fountain in Las Vegas. The Best Man looks on as the Buxom Groom drops the wedding ring and the Bride is happy it did not fall in the water.
In 2014 Nevada approved the Gay marriage act and many couples became whole. The City of Las Vegas claims many thing. Some are real and some are not. Nevertheless Las Vegas claims to be the marriage capital of the world. Ironically Reno Nevada claims the divorce capital of the world.
While Rupert serves coffee, Janette volunteers to serve dessert to Danialle and "accidentally" drops the dessert into her lap!
Mrs Mail and I went for a long walk around the New Farm Powerhouse.
The Powerhouse is desribed as "Nestled on the beautiful banks of Brisbane River (beside New Farm Park) the former power station has become a distinct landmark, both as a stunning industrial creation and as a hub for everything creative, including theatre, music, comedy, film, visual arts, festivals and ideas."
We went to see the World Press Photo 2011 award winning shots on display there, and what remarkable and disturbing images they were.
As we left, a ballerina was posing for a photo shoot against the wall. I only had my P&S and you can see the distant shot below (cropped), so I decided to go around stage right where there was a brick wall with an opening in it which would be alonside the wall she was posing at.
Unfortunately, the walkway on that side went downhill, so I couldn't in through the opening, so I stood on tiptoe and lifted the camera as far above my head as I could and took a shot.
Well, as you can see, it wasn't quite as dramatic, and artistic, but Mrs Mail and I had a laugh about it ANYWAY.

Meet Bernard. A clumsy new kitten on Sis' farm. Fortunately we heard his cry for help. Snapped a photo before Signe helped him back up from the sewer!
