*I'm very impressed with the results given how old this film is, but will say it's history is known and it was kept in the freezer most of its life. Still, it's a lesson in how long film can last for when stored properly.

This olive tree is the only remaining oldest in the area, and still carries olives abundantly. He is more than 300 years old. The trunks are full of twists and knots.
Taken at the Mission San Javier, Loreto, Baja CaliforniaSur, Mexico.
this is a cottonwood tree in Myric Park, LaCrosse, WI.
It is huge. This photo doesn't do it justice.
It would take about 10 or more people holding hands to go around the trunk of this tree.
This was part of my new explorations within an hours drive from my house.
Happy Bench Thursday.
There are several benches here and a few with plaques on it donated in the memory of others.

"Gnarly Tree at Dead Horse Point State Park" by Patti Deters. The old gnarly tree has been dead for some time, yet it keeps itself anchored on the edge of this cliff - perhaps it wants to continue to enjoy the view of the canyons and mesas below! This scenic vista is from Dead Horse Point State Park, located in Utah, USA with the nearest town being Mohab.

Awesome old tree we found on the side of the road, right beside where the last shot was taken :D
I thought about using some bird brushes in this but then I figured that would make this tacky. :P
At first I was actually really ticked off because it was really overcast, and I hate grey skies. But I think grey works better for this, cause the red pops better against black/grey.
I have been searching for like a year for a coat like Simina's.
Red Coats = <3
Oh and I went shopping yesterday! I got new Jeans and two new AE tops, one which is off-the-shoulder :) Yessssssssssssss

It's Cherry Blossom time again in Japan. And while Tokyo-ites are supposed to stay home and not visit the local parks this year, the blossoms are showing their spring beauty. At the same time, there are some amazing cherry trees out here in the countryside where I live. This magnificent tree stands tall and has been protecting the neighbourhood for hundreds of years. It should be in perfect bloom next week. If it is safe to go out, I will try and capture it again then.
