Just finished my fist test roll in my 1951 Nikon S Rangefinder with 50mm f1.4 lens. Happy with the results the images feel old.
A friend that runs a animal charity had these donated to them with all the rest of the junk people give away. I've offered to photograph them and put them on ebay. Heres the first few.
I had one of these as well. Made in 1937, I think.
I looked forward to running a few rolls of film through it, but didn't get the opportunity because of illness.
Of course, sorry now.
This is my favorite shot of all. The black background cutting behide the camera gives depth to the subject.

A piece of path I sort of like the look of at the Ávila National Park, between the "Sabas Nieves II" and the "No te apures" station
I just love the look of these old folding Kodaks, and especially the wonderful shutters. Definitely from a sadly-bygone era when form mattered as much as function.
