Off white vintage crochet lace was a big fashion trend this summer and it still is for fall.

This stuffed Animal is named Charles the sheep. He was purchased from a Kroger grocery store in Gahanna, Ohio around Easter of 2013. Charles is very fluffy, as one might guess from the look of his outer layer of fluff.
Lesser Black-backed Gull showing it´s diagnostig signs: tertials uniformly brown with offwhite borders, long wings reaching far longer back than tail, darkish plumage, swimming lightly tail lifted up.
This bird is late, most of it´s kind have migrated weeks ago. It´s plumage is very worn for the long route to Middle Africa where it shoud moult, by the book. Therefore it may be staying over winter here and that´s good news. This way it avoids DDT which is used against malaria in Africa and so it would have better change remain health for breeding, just like the White-tailed Eagles have changed their modus operandi.
