Building 3 is formed for the first phase of elevated structural concrete deck, and the second phase elevated deck pour will be moving toward the Lake Street edge by the end of July.

Building 4 has much of its sub grade structure in place with a move toward the elevated structural deck by the end of August.

Roof trusses are topping off Buildings 3 and 4 to the West while Buildings 2, 1, and 5 are fully roofed. Siding systems at Buildings 2 and 1 are very far along with trim details at Decks being completed. The building elevations present many different features and with much in place, the true charm of the buildings is becoming evident.

Exterior site features are being prepared to accommodate parking lot, sidewalk and landscape features and interior features are becoming a primary focus in the move toward completed buildings.

Exterior Brick and Stone are commencing at Building 5 while these features are nearing completion already at Buildings 1 and 2.

The interior of Building 1 is being trimmed, painted and tiled with cabinetry and floorcovering features moving forward as well. Building 2 is currently being sheetrocked and similar progress is soon to follow at Building 5.

Bandra Area: Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Kalina Vile Parle

The popularity of residing in Bandra and its surrounding areas makes it one of the best retail locations in Mumbai. As one of the most affluent locations in the city, it is home to many international brand stores, jewellers, night clubs, restaurants, cafes, gyms, salons, etc. If you are interested in opening a retail location in Mumbai, then Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Kalina Vile Parle should be at the top of your list. The Bandra Area is not only residential and retail-driven, but there are also some of the most premium Mumbai offices spaces in this area. The smaller offices tend to be in Bandra West, Khar West and Santacruz West which usually top out at about 3,000 square feet. However, if your organization is looking for larger (5,000 to over 20,000 square feet) office space, we would recommend Vile Parle, Bandra East, Khar East, Santacruz East Kalina. In terms of connectivity, the Bandra Area is one of the most centrally located areas in Mumbai. To the north is Juhu, Andheri and Powai. To the south is the Sea Link Bridge that connects Bandra to South Mumbai via Worli. The Bandra Area is a short 15 minutes away from the domestic airport and 20-25 minutes away from the international airport.
