Going up the road when the corner of my eye snags two yellow crescents. (Ouch.) Pull over, back up, shoot, move on.

Progressive accomplishments will be evident within the next month or two where Buildings 3 and 4 will present vertical accomplishment in the framed state. Additionally, the project will soon have external sidewalk, asphalt and curb definitions within the project site layout. LIPA will be moving toward providing a form of permanent power and interior spaces will be achieving a more refined finish.

Ah the life of international travel... not exactly glamorous is it. Not 4 months ago i was lamenting my assimilation to the backpacker way of life... now with the addition of a Dilbert cartoon to my office space i have been truly re-integrated into the day to day workings of an office bitch...the primary reason for me leaving England in the first place. Oh how i'd like to be sat round a hostel table drinking Chateau Cardboard with a bunch of backpackers now! How fickle i can be.

But that picture of a monkey on a goat on a tightrope...ah, makes me feel so much better.

Residents of Galveston Island are presented with a lifestyle that most people dream about, but are rarely lucky enough to experience in their lifetime.

With the perfect blend of vibrant energy and quaint charm, downtown Galveston is an ideal setting for those looking to live or work in a historic district that’s accessible, walk-able, and part of history

On any given weekend, it's not unusual to see live musical performances in the park, food and wine tastings, nature exhibits or evening ghost tours along the city streets, but it's the true beauty of the Victorian architecture that has been impeccably preserved by Mitchell Historic Properties that gives this area the unique character and ambiance it has become known for today.

Recognized for their quality workmanship and the stellar appearance of their buildings, Mitchell Historic Properties has proudly owned and operated commercial and residential properties in downtown Galveston for over 30 years, including one fourth of the buildings in The Strand National Historic Landmark District and Pier 21 along Galveston’s historic harbor.

From retail spaces that date as far back as the 1850's, to apartments or lofts with architectural detail that can only be found in historic buildings, Mitchell Historic Properties has what you need.

Our homemade Jump to Conclusions Mat! Now how the hell do we play this thing?

New Village at Patchogue project has almost completed construction of all structures in their vertical rise. Roof trusses are topping off Buildings 3 and 4 to the West while Buildings 2, 1, and 5 are fully roofed. Siding systems at Buildings 2 and 1 are very far along with trim details at Decks being completed. The building elevations present many different features and with much in place, the true charm of the buildings is becoming evident.

Exterior site features are being prepared to accommodate parking lot, sidewalk and landscape features and interior features are becoming a primary focus in the move toward completed buildings.

Exterior Brick and Stone are commencing at Building 5 while these features are nearing completion already at Buildings 1 and 2.

The interior of Building 1 is being trimmed, painted and tiled with cabinetry and floorcovering features moving forward as well. Building 2 is currently being sheetrocked and similar progress is soon to follow at Building 5.
