My entry in the Whirlpool Photography Comp June 2012 (theme: Out of this world).

Won 2nd place (just can't ever seem to get first!).

The great Roman Oculus in the vestibule of Diocletian's Palace, Split, Croatia.

When I said I'd like an Oculus Rift for Second Life I didn't mean it this way ;-)

In all the last several years since the centre opened, I've seen this open twice. I wanted to get a closer look and also the only interesting thing inside, after all to me at this time, were the afternoon shadows.

Oculus, a mind-boggling glass-and-steel structure designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava to look like a dove in flight

Preview for an upcoming film of mine, Oculus.

I got to take a short walk with the Oculus Rift today. What a treat and all in a day's work.

The $4 billion Oculus station house consists of white ribs that interlock high above the ground. It was designed to connect the various modes of transportation in Lower Manhattan, from the Fulton Center in the east to the Battery Park City Ferry Terminal in the west. The hub contains connections to various New York City Subway stations, including Cortlandt Street on the N, R, and W trains; World Trade Center on the 2, 3, A, C, and E trains; and a future connection to Cortlandt Street on the 1 train. The Westfield World Trade Center mall is also within the Oculus building.

The Occulus Rift was hugely impressive. I want one!

School trip to The Gadget Show Live 2014 in Birmingham.

As I said somewhere earlier in this set, much of the museum itself was art to me, the sculptures and the wallhangings were decorations on the cake.
