KILLIE TRUST
Mission and Objectives
Our Mission
“To promote, develop and support Kilmarnock FC and sport in the community”
Through membership from the supporters of Kilmarnock FC, we will aim to provide direct and indirect influence over the running of the football club, ensuring the opinions of the supporters are considered before decisions are made by the board of directors at the club.
We will create and develop a working relationship with the people and organisations responsible for the day to day running and long-term planning of Kilmarnock Football Club.
The need to continue to strengthen the bonds of our relationship with the club and interests of Ayrshire can only benefit the needs of all concerned. The Trust will also strive to benefit present and future members of the community by promotion, encouragement and furthering the sport of football in Ayrshire. In the long term, this also includes helping to further the sport at our national and international level.
The Trust will also encourage Kilmarnock FC to take proper account of the interests and safety of its supporters and the community in which the club serves when decisions of such matters are made.
At all times, the Trust will respect the rights of all members of the community served by the club and will strive to provide information to the people of Ayrshire and conduct the Trust affairs in accessible and appropriate ways.
Our Objectives
The Killie Trust has eight Clear Objectives in its constitution, which it will continue to deliver upon as the business moves forward:
1. To strengthen the bonds between the Club and the community which it serves and to represent the interests of the community in the running of the Club;
2. To benefit present and future members of the community served by the Club by promoting encouraging and furthering the game of football as a recreational facility, sporting activity and focus for community involvement;
3. To further the development of the game of football nationally and internationally and the upholding of its rules;
4. To encourage the Club to take proper account of the interests of its supporters and of the community it serves in its decisions;
5. To encourage and promote the principle of supporter representation on the board of any company owning or controlling the Club and ultimately to be the vehicle for democratic elections to the board;
6. To promote, develop and respect the rights of members of the community served by the Club and people dealing with the Society as set out in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, having regard in particular to the need to provide information to members and conduct the affairs of the Society in accessible and appropriate ways;
7. To encourage Society members who are Club shareholders to assign their proxy vote to the Society;
8. To promote and support Youth Development within the district of Ayrshire, for the future benefit of Kilmarnock Football Club.

Objective 2: Creative Exposure
The camera mode (P, Tv, Av, M) and why I chose it: Av so that I can adjust the aperture
f stop used and why: 25 so that both the balaer and the climber would be in focus
shutter speed used and why: 1/60th because it made it fast enough to make the climber clear
ISO used and why: 200 because I was outside
Exposure compensation and why it was used: none was used
Focal length and why: 28mm so that you can see the size of the overhang that was being climbed.
This photo has Unity because there is nothing in this photo that should not be in it. Everything has to do with nature or climbing.
Objective 4: Lighting
Type of lighting and why: side lighting because it light up the climber and because then you can see the climbers shadow.
Objective 5: Post Production (ex. dust/spot removal, contrast, white balance, sharpening, borders, etc.)
Corrections/adjustments made: I used levels to help with contrast and to help brighten the climber. I sharpened the photo. I resized it. I added the black border and put in my signature. I also darkened down the rocks a little to help make the climber standout.
This time the objective of the project is to promote The Market of Poza Rica by creating artistic photographs of all that is sold in this place, accompained by the poetic prose of a writer that I admire, that is, José Ernesto Sotuyo Andrade.

I realise the objective of this exercise was speed, but I had way too much fun cutting out the circles in that pp! I Used 2 pieces of double sided - cut the piece out from behind the pic to use as my label. The title only counts as one, right? It's a fuzzy rub on from 2005 (love).
ESSE EST POSSE
Objectively, and without prejudice, questioning your given/forced circumstances--regardless of what entity, org, or 'person', has been the influencer upon you--is a necessary action if you, truly, want to LIVE a life worthy of living.
I have NO answers for you; I have my research that I've done, for myself, which might answer some questions and raise others for everyone/anyone.
'Lulled' to sleep by every/any 'thing' is key to successful manipulation of the masses, so, waking up to REALITY will NOT be easy.

Objective 2: Creative Exposure
The camera mode (P, Tv, Av, M) and why I chose it: AV because I wanted to control my depth of field.
f stop used and why: f/6.3 because I wanted the whole mask in focus.
shutter speed used and why: (1/125) because I was able to choose my depth of field my shutter changed.
ISO used and why: 1600 my ISO was high causing a noisy picture. A ISO Closer to 200/400 would have worked.
Exposure compensation and why it was used: +1/3 because my ISO was high I had to brighten my picture.
Focal length and why: 44mm because at this distance rule of thirds worked well.
Objective 3: Composition- Elements of Design and Principles of Design
•Elements of Design
Line- my photo has curved lives but because the lines are hard and edgy I think it gives a feeling of strength more than relaxed.
Colour- in this photo I have cool colours giving it a hard more mechanical feeling.
Form- the top lighting creates shadows of the lower sides of the subject giving it a 3D look.
Space- this photo consists of mostly positive space filling the frame.
Shape- this photo is composed of many geometric shapes. Mainly circles.
•Principles of Design
Unity/harmony- everything in my photo goes together and gives the same feeling
contrast-The difference between the dark and light adds to the photo by giving each part a different feel.
Objective 4: Lighting
This photo was taken in the fire hall so the lighting was mostly top lighting but some side lighting can be found because of the open doors.
Objective 5: Post-production
Curves
Sharpening
Resizing
Objective 6: Critiquing
If I were to retake this photo I would lower my ISO to reduce the noise.
Objective 7: Photographic Styles
