I was going nuts today [groan], watching the clock and wishing the hands would move faster. The office was deserted and I had finished organising my paper and electronic files by 11 am. I went for a coffee with my lovely ex-boss and then had some lunch. Then I cleaned my desk, my computer, my telephone and my mouse, carefully swept all the crumbs out of my keyboard and watered my plant. By this time it was only 1.30pm...

I recycled, I restoocked my drawer, I deleted emails, I deleted unnecessary electronic documents, I tidied up our intranet...it was just one of those days that seemed to drag on and on. I did get quite a lot done and we are a lot more organised now, but it was soooo boring. Thankfully tomorrow is my last day and I have lunch with the girls to break up the day, before taking some flexi time and leaving early. Woohoo!
